To FLAC or not to FLAC; That is the Question

I literally spent the entire day installing Toast 8 Titanium on my Mac, and researching the best software for ripping and burning FLAC on OS X. I’ve come to the conclusion that Toast is worthless, because as far as I can see, you can’t even generate a .cue or .log when ripping. *sigh*

I have now come to a second conclusion. I have wasted the entire day! Why bother burning CDs from FLAC? CDs are obsolete. This is a digital world. I feel compelled to have a psychical back up, but why? My music is in my iTunes and on my iPod, and that’s the future. Problem solved.
