I just confirmed with management at The Knitting Factory here in NYC that I’ll have a photo pass to shoot Bedouin Soundclash on Sunday. This is incredibly exciting for me not only because BS is one of my favorite bands, but because this is my first time with a photo pass!

Yesterday Heather and I saw Cute Is What We Aim For, Plain White T’s, Gym Class Heroes, and Fall Out Boy at Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, NY. Personally, not my type of music but regardless it was fun. It was pretty funny though, the bassist Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy was telling story about how Every Time I Die has such great circle pits, and how the members are always making fun of FoB for not having circle pits at their shows. It was then that Pete said

You can’t buy circle pits at Hot Topic, so our fans don’t have them.

I think that was the best thing I’ve heard in a while, and it made me so happy to hear Pete Wentz dis his own annoying 14 year old fans.
